May 21, 2024
Permalloy core and ferrite core production of high-frequency transformers, filters, inductors, magnetic amplifiers, pulse transformers, pulse compressors and other applications in high-end fields
Performance characteristics:
Permalloy metal core: All kinds of permalloy materials have their own different, compared with silicon steel materials and ferrite excellent typical magnetic properties, with higher temperature stability and aging stability. High initial permeability permalloy material (IJ79,IJ85,IJ86) core is often made of current transformer, small signal transformer; High rectangular Permalloy (IJ51) iron core is often made of magnetic amplifier, two-stage pulse transformer; Low remanence Permalloy (IJ67h) core is often used to make small and medium power unipolar pulse transformers.
Amorphous core:
(1) Iron-based amorphous iron core: has the highest saturation magnetic sensation in almost all amorphous alloy iron cores
Tensile strength (1.45 ~ 1.56T), while with high permeability, low coercivity, low loss, low excitation current and good temperature and aging stability. Mainly used to replace silicon steel sheet, as a variety of forms, different power frequency distribution transformers, medium frequency transformers, working frequency from 50Hz to 10KHz; As a high-power switching power reactor core, the use frequency can reach 50KHz.
(2) Fe-Ni based amorphous core: medium low saturation magnetic induction intensity (0.75T), high magnetic permeability,
Low coercivity, wear and corrosion resistance, good stability. It is often used to replace Permalloy core as zero sequence current transformer core in leakage switches.
(3) Cobalt-based amorphous core: has the highest permeability in all amorphous alloy cores, at the same time
It has medium and low saturation magnetic induction strength (0.65T), low coercivity, low loss, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, good temperature stability and aging stability, shock and vibration resistance. Mainly used to replace Permalloy core and ferrite core to make high-frequency transformers, filter inductors, magnetic amplifiers, pulse transformers, pulse compressors and other applications in high-end fields (military)
Microcrystalline core:
High saturation magnetic induction strength (1.1 ~ 1.2T), high permeability, low coercivity, low loss and good stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, while having a low price, in all the metal soft magnetic material core has the best cost performance, the material used to make microcrystalline iron core is known as "green material ". Widely used to replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite, as various forms of high frequency (20KHz100KHz) switching power supply in large and medium power main transformer, control transformer, wave inductor, energy storage inductor, reactor, magnetic amplifier and saturated reactor core,EMC filter common inductor and differential mode inductor core,IDSN micro isolation transformer core ;
It is also widely used in various transformer core with the same precision.
Ring specification range:
Core maximum outer diameter :750mm
Minimum inner diameter of magnetic core :6mm
Minimum core width :5mm
Maximum width of magnetic core :40mm (can be stacked to get wider)
Other specifications can be customized according to customer needs
Reference note:
