SUNBOW creative cutting technique and unique ceramic coat-spraying technique prevents short circuit of eddy which is caused by connection of laminated layers in core's cutting surface and seals cores off air and protects from scratch and heat.

Performance features
The core loss of SWAMCC series cutting cores is much lower than that of other magnetic metal materials.
●SWAMCC series cutting cores have high saturation flux density (Bs=1.56T) and low core loss characteristics, allowing the applications with high working flux density in design.
●SWAMCC series cutting core can be used at -55 ° C ~ 155 ° C.
●Thickness (24μm) - smaller eddy & loss
●Coercivity (2.4A/m) - smaller hysteresis loss
Creative Cutting Technique
Eliminates short circuit of eddy, which is caused by connection of laminated layers in core's cutting surface; make temperature-rise and iron loss smaller and lower.
Ceramic-coat Spraying Technique
Stands high temperature, seals core off air; high chemical and thermal stability resist corrosion and heat; high strength and hardness protect from scratch.
