Standrad materials: ZP series

 

ZP series are SUNBOW'S standard power material with low core loss and high saturation flux density, and are suitable for wide rang of transformers and coils for switching power supply. ZP40 is standard material with superior characteristics and high performance-cost radio.ZP30 has higher permeability than ZP40 in room temperature, and is suitable for switch-mode transformers and chokes with working frequency below 100kHz.

SUNBOW has developed new materials with lower core loss and higher magnetic flux density, which satisfies latest requirements of digital and mobil electronies. Core loss of new ZP44 material is around 25% lower than of standard ZP40.

ZP22, ZP30 are core low loss material, mostly are used at middle frequency ( 100 kHz).

Switching power supplies and flyback transformer

ZP95 material characteristics can be in relatively wide temperature range is maximum play to the transformer. Save electricity, lightweight and miniaturization.

ZP9O material is characterized by the low loss, high saturation magnetic flux density of "DC Bias" spawned by the industry's first "DC Bias" features.

ZP50 Applied to the high frequency of low loss material (300kHz 1MHz)

ZH7 ( µ i =7000) and ZH10(µi=10000)are SUNBOW'S standard high permeability materials with superior characteristice and high performance-cost ration.and suitable for common mode noise suppressors with frequency below 500kHz.
