Nanocrystalline material is an alloy (typically based on Iron, Silicon, Boron, and other elements) that has been processed to form a structure with extremely fine crystals, only about 10-20 nanometers in size. This unique structure gives it a game-changing combination of two key properties:
1.Very High Permeability (µ): It can be easily magnetized.
2.High Saturation Flux Density (Bsat): It can handle strong magnetic fields before saturating.
