Silicon Steel E Core

Grain oriented electrical steel is an important material in the production of energy efficient transformers and large, high performance generators. In the form of laminated, wound or punched sheets, it is the essential core material of distribution transformers, power transformers and small transformers.

Material:

High-quality CRGO steels with characteristics of low iron-loss and high permeability in thickness of 0.05mm, 0.08mm, 0.1mm, 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.3mm, and 0.35mm.

Advantage:

A closed flux path with an open structure can be formed by combining the two halves together. The bobbin and core can be produced separately and then place the core in the bobbin, which can effectively reduce production time.

Application:

E-core comes in various specifications and is widely used in 50Hz and 400Hz three-phase transformers, reactors, chokes, and other magnetic components of electronic equipment.
