Cracks: No cracks are allowed except moire(tiny surface cracks).No any cracks might affect the electric property of the cores are allowed as specifically required by customer and judged by the criteria agreed mutually by SUNBOW and customer.
4. Bur(Flash)
(1) No visible ragged edges are allowed.
(2)No burrs can felt by bare hands are allowed.
(3)Length of the burrs are supposed to be shorter than one fourth of the length of the core where the burrs occurred.

Above standards were made according to IEC-60424.
Those not included in above standards may refer to IEC-60424.
Dimension A mentioned above is referred to the outer dimension.
Above standards are the general standards for the designing of the visual appearance of SUNBOW ferrite cores. Customers' specific requirement other than those included above will be negotiated between SUNBOW and customer and documented in the specification.
PACKING
- Inner packing: Styrofoam pad with 210 pcs/pad.
- Outer packing: Corrugated box Z425*300*260 with 1470 pcs/box.
